The Movie in My Head

With learning disabilities come labels which create more challenges. How do we navigate through and stop the “movie in our head” that often times does more harm than good? How do we embrace our own learning challenges and turn them into strengths?

“Life is about accepting the challenges along the way, choosing to keep moving forward, and savoring the journey.” Roy T. Bennett

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
