Daniel Kerr, Middle School Principal at Shanghai Community International School (SCIS), recently reached two milestones: the completion of his 100th blog post about his life and work as an educator, and his first TED appearance. In his TED talk, Mr. Kerr opines on the life well lived. This, he argues, comes down to life balance, and the approach we take to each new day. Drawing on life-changing experiences shared with his eight-year-old son and a recently departed friend, Daniel Kerr cuts to the ontological chase. The talk can be viewed at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xlk2lvNvXAo&feature=youtu.be. Mr. Kerr's blog posts are easily accessible on TIEonline, at http://blog.tieonline.com/category/daniel-kerr.
