Whittney Preston has been selected as Foxcroft School’s inaugural Dean of Inclusive Excellence. As a member of the school’s administrative team, the Dean of Inclusive Excellence carries primary responsibility for supporting faculty as they work with students and in refining Foxcroft’s curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment through the lens of equity and inclusion. Since 2013, Whittney has served at Heritage Hall School where she first began as a Spanish teacher before transitioning to the Specials’ Team Leader for the Lower School and most recently serving as the Associate Director of Diversity and Inclusion. Whittney earned an undergraduate degree in Spanish from the University of Oklahoma, an MA in Educational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, and is currently working towards her Ed.D.
