Ole Bernard Sealey has been selected to be the Director at the Universal American School in Dubai. OB currently serves as the High School Principal after having served as the assistant principal at UAS for the past academic year and for the prior three years as the Head of Secondary at Greenfield Community School in Dubai. At GCS he was responsible for three IB programs (MYP, DP, and CP). Prior to that, he spent five years at Mulgrave School in West Vancouver, British Columbia. During that time, he worked as an MYP Coordinator, Humanities Teacher, and IB Diploma History Teacher for three years and two as a Vice Principal of Middle School. Mr. Sealey is very proud of his work with the IB; he is a school evaluator, workshop leader, a former executive member of the British Columbia Association of IB World Schools and has been involved in two global curriculum development initiatives. His other career passions include instructional design and school improvement. He is passionate about learning and leadership and is looking forward to celebrating the academic success of the UAS community.
