Day 9: Making Time for Student-Driven Learning

At Western Academy of Beijing (WAB), middle and high school students follow a nine-day rotation. The first eight are regular curricular classes, but on the ninth day, students have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of workshops or lead their own.

On today's episode, we're joined by two students and our middle school vice principal who discuss how Day 9 has led to impactful and innovative projects, leadership opportunities, and deep learning.
