Stories from Around the World

This series of podcasts will focus on international teachers of color from around the world who share their stories of how they have been discriminated against in their schools across the world. The conversations were carried out with the intention of each one of them being anonymous so the educator could really tell their story without repercussions. It is important for those in recruitment or leadership at international schools to really listen to these stories and see the bias behind decisions made in the workplace and during recruitment. Often leaders are not privy to the realities of what their employees are thinking and feeling. These stories are real and powerful as you can hear the voice behind the story and not just words in an article.
