We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Philippe Caron-Audet as our next Head of School, effective July 2026.

Philippe is an exceptional, internationally experienced educator and, significantly, a former NJC faculty member. He brings a profound understanding of our distinctive experiential learning model and its transformative impact on young adults.

His career includes senior leadership roles at international schools, including the American Cooperative School in Tunis and, most recently, the International School of Boston. As a long-standing member of the International Baccalaureate Educators Network, Philippe brings a proven commitment to academic excellence and student-centered leadership.

Born in Quebec City, he will integrate seamlessly into the School’s French-speaking Swiss environment and serve as an important resource for students wishing to deepen their fluency en français while studying abroad.
