The International School of Prague (ISP) is pleased to announce that after a thorough international search process, we have selected Ms.Calley Connelly as our next Deputy Director effective as of July 2025.

Ms. Connelly’s career in education has spanned over two decades, six countries, and multiple distinct leadership roles. Ms. Connelly started as a high school maths teacher, moving through curriculum coaching to elementary leadership. Her path has been shaped by a deep belief in fostering learning communities where both students and educators can thrive.

As a leader, Calley believes in the combined power of trust, competence, and belonging to create meaningful change. She has spearheaded initiatives that blend innovation with compassion, such as implementing restorative practices, designing holistic wellbeing programmes, and pioneering the use of data to enhance both academic outcomes and social-emotional learning. Her work reflects a balance of strategic vision and a deep commitment to nurturing mutual understanding.

In her most recent role as Elementary Principal and Strategic Wellbeing Lead, Ms. Connelly’s efforts have brought people together to co-create programs that leave lasting impacts. Whether it’s mentoring educators, empowering diverse voices, or measuring student achievement and social-emotional growth, her leadership centres on shared purpose and care.
