American School of Valencia is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Nina Y. Cortina to serve as the Preschool and Elementary Principal beginning in September 2023. Ms. Cortina has a wealth of experience with over 20 years in educational in both administrative and instructional roles. Throughout the course of her academic career, she has taught and worked in a variety of learning environments: Montessori schools, Principal of the Miami Children’s Museum Charter School; and as the Bi-Literacy Coach in an Arlington Public Schools Immersion School.
