With sincere gratitude toward ISS Senior Leadership Search Executives, colleagues who helped spread the word, the AISV conversation teams, and the 101 fabulous candidates who applied, AISV is excited to announce the appointment of Liz Cho as our incoming Deputy Director of Teaching, Learning, and Innovation, beginning August 2026!

Relational and human-centered, Liz’s creative and compassionate leadership is the partnership that we are looking for to support the School Director in advancing excellence in teaching and learning across all grade levels. Liz brings extensive international leadership experience in curriculum design, instructional coaching, and professional development, with a strong record of advancing inquiry-based learning and educational innovation.
