The American School of Durango is pleased to introduce Leah McGinnis as the new Elementary School Principal, effective August 2025. Leah brings leadership experience from international schools in Taiwan, Colombia, and the United States. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and is passionate about creating inclusive, student-centered environments that promote academic growth and community connection. Located in Durango, Mexico, ASD is a bilingual, multicultural school celebrating its 70th anniversary. We are excited to welcome Leah to our vibrant community and confident that her leadership will further strengthen our commitment to excellence in international education.
