Sai Bhavya currently serves as the Head of International Curriculum at Shiv Nadar School, Gurugram, India, where she champions deep learning through concept-based teaching and learning. This approach promotes critical thinking, transferable understanding, and real-world application—equipping students not just for academic success, but for life beyond the classroom.

She is an active contributor to the global IB community, serving as a team leader for IA moderation, IB examiner, and school authorisation team visitor across the MYP, DP, and CP programmes. Sai Bhavya has also supported schools internationally as an IB Evaluation Team Chair for multi-programme, candidate, and synchronized visits. Her accreditation work extends to roles as a NEASC-CIE and NEASC-CIS visitor, COBIS visitor, and CIS evaluator.

A passionate advocate for impactful curriculum and assessment design, she regularly collaborates with educators worldwide as a workshop facilitator and resource developer for the International Baccalaureate.
