My heart is filled with excitement and a deep sense of honor to be selected as the next Director of the International School of Estonia!

For nearly three decades, I have dedicated my career to education, fostering a love of learning in students from middle school to university levels. My journey has taken me across continents, from the hectic classrooms of California to the vibrant international community of the Philippines and beyond. This path has instilled in me, a deep appreciation for the transformative power of a diverse and globally-focused education, precisely the kind offered at ISE.

My experiences as an educational leader in Manila, Egypt, Colombia, and Korea have equipped me to navigate the unique challenges facing ISE and I look forward to meeting them. At the heart of my leadership philosophy lies a commitment to fostering a vibrant learning environment where students can excel academically and develop as well-rounded global citizens, where they are nurtured and supported on an individualized journey to becoming global citizens in tomorrow's world.

ISE's reputation for academic excellence and its commitment to the IB Programme deeply resonates with my educational values and I am eager to connect with the ISE community – students, faculty, parents, and staff – and collaboratively build upon the school's strong foundation. Together, we can create an even more dynamic learning experience that prepares students to thrive in our ever-evolving world.
