Mrs. Audra Phelps has accepted the Director position at QSI’s school in Dili, East Timor. She is accompanied by her husband, Keith Phelps, who will be teaching Secondary Mathematics, and their son who will be a senior in high school. Audra has worked for QSI for 10 years as a Secondary Science teacher in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan and as Director of Instruction in Kosovo.
