After 3 years of co-founding the I-DEA department with former Director General David Hawley, I have been taken on as I-DEA Lead for the foundation of International Schools of Geneva, under new Director General Conrad Hughes. I will be overseeing all of our Inclusion through Diversity, Equity, and Anti-Racism initiatives and ensuring the themes are central to all of our work, in all levels, from K-13, for teaching and non-teaching staff, middle managers, senior managers, our board, our parents, and our alumni community.
