Dr. Terry Burns has accepted the Director of Instruction position at QSI’s school in Astana, Kazakhstan. Terry's wife, Heather, will be teaching Middle and Secondary School Literature and Cultural Studies. Terry and Heather are from Ottawa, Canada. They have three grown children and five grandchildren. Terry and Heather have served internationally in Ukraine, India, Turkmenistan, Georgia and Kazakhstan.
