Julian Edwards, Associate Director of Academic Affairs at the KAUST school in Saudi Arabia, shares some key standards-based strategies his school implemented to ensure robust professional learning for teachers, including a successful coaching and mentoring professional development program. He discusses a collaborative culture that was implemented in his school to support teachers in their professional growth and empower them to be the best version of themselves.

"But we also believe that when teachers sit down and talk about their inquiries together, focused on student learning, there's a great improvement in student learning."
- Julian Edwards
