In this Pearl, Heena shares how the Lincoln Community School planned a “First Five Days of School” set of activities to meet their learning goal of creating a sense of belonging. She says, “To create an intentional sense of belonging we require creativity, strong leadership, and hard work. It’s all about working together for a common purpose.”
