In this Pearl, Gail discusses how meeting one-on-one with faculty and staff, or at least providing the opportunity to meet, creates openness and connectedness. Even though it’s a huge investment of time, it’s one worth making. It builds relationships and creates trust, not only for new administrators but for continuing leaders as well. You never know what’s coming next so having a strong foundation of support is important.
