Voices Around the World provides an opportunity for international school students to amplify their voices by joining youngsters in schools around the world in coming together as one voice to blast out an anthem for hope and peace. Through this song written especially for the project by pop legend Howard Jones, our young people are shouting out to politicians everywhere to stop the craziness of war and bring peace and harmony to the world.
Each year for the past twelve years, we have produced a song for schools, youth organizations, and individual young people all around the world to learn. Once learned, the vocal recordings along with photos and video clips are sent to us via this website. These are mixed together to make a final version of the song/video which is then released worldwide. Our song/video recordings include the vocals of thousands of students in schools and youth organizations, currently involving 65 countries around the world.
All resources for learning/teaching the songs are made available free of charge. So if you want to make your students into world record-breaking, international recording superstars, join our next project due to start in September 2024.
