Dr. Harvey M. Chiles is retiring on June 30th, 2016 after forty years of service as a music educator, university administrator, college professor, high school principal and international school headmaster. . He is starting his own company as an international broker of educational services. He will have offices in the United States, Philippines, Korea, and China.
