Incheon, South Korea (Jan. 15, 2018) - Ms. Shelly Luke Wille, the Head of School of Chadwick International has been invited to participate in the Klingenstein Fellowship program organized by Columbia University’s Teacher’s College in New York City. To be held in January 2018, this highly selective program offers international educators to advance their leadership in education through comprehensive 2-week training course. Only the 20 leaders from renowned independent and international institutions are exclusively invited once a year to participate in the program. The Klingenstein Center at Columbia University’s Teacher’s College develops and strengthens leadership among teachers and administrators in independent and international schools. Building on 40 years of experience advancing the field of education leadership, the Klingenstein Center programs cultivate educators’ ambitions to make enduring differences in a rapidly-changing environment. The program offers five innovative programs, combining highest levels of academic study and application to professional practice in education guided by world-class faculty. Particularly, the Heads of Schools program, which Ms. Wille will be part of, is a two-week, fully-funded fellowship for heads of independent and international schools and offers a unique opportunity to renew vision, passion, and energy for school leadership. The participating Heads of Schools have been specially selected and will immerse on educational issues of importance during the program. Through the program, each leader will meet a cohort of talented and diverse fellow heads of schools while completing engaging coursework solutions-based research projects. “I am extremely honored and excited to be part of such prestigious education program that will advance my leadership and expertise in international education. Ms. Wille has been the Head of School of Chadwick International since 2015. She has built strong reputation as a leader in international education through her career and has demonstrated exemplary leadership throughout her time at Chadwick International.
