Bambi Betts to Step Down from AISH

Bambi Betts to Step Down from AISH

My fellow AISH members:
As you may have read by now, I have decided that this will be my ninth and final year serving as the CEO of AISH. I depart with mixed emotions to more fully pursue my work with the Principals’ Training Center, the other training centers, (TTC, CTC, BTC, TLI) and the Children of Haiti School, all of which have grown in so many ways over these past years and now really demand my care and attention.
What an amazing opportunity it has been to work side by side with all of you - collaborating to design an entirely ‘unique’ professional community; sitting side by side with you to solve problems both old and new; rejoicing in your triumphs, sharing in your disappointments; participating in planning for the thoughtful abandonment of outdated structures and harnessing the power of simplicity; and above all enjoying the unparalleled experience of engaging with so many of you individually in your sincere efforts to really make a difference to learners around the world.
It has been my privilege and honor to serve you; and I am not going away! I extend my full support to all of you and the AISH board to be of service in any way you might see fit.
Oceans of thanks to all of you for a truly transformational nine years.
Ever in your service,
Bambi
