Prior to arriving at International School Dhaka, Kim was the Secondary School Principal at Vientiane International School (VIS). She holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership (UK), Bachelor Degrees in Education and Social Science (NZ) and Diploma’s in Secondary Teaching (NZ) and Management (Aust). Kim has 18 years of teaching experience that includes working with New Zealand (NZ), Nevada- USA and the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. She held roles as an IB MYP Coordinator, as a workshop leader in NZ, as a NZ National Assessment Writer and Moderator and as a NZ National Curriculum Writer for Social Studies. Kim is currently an IB Workshop Leader, IB School Team Visit Leader and IB MYP Consultant in addition to being a CIS School Team Visit Member.
