Harvey Chiles, Ed.D--the award-winning US educator, former university professor, and international education consultant--assumes Headmaster Position Of Noblesse International School in the Philippines.

A former music educator, Dr. Chiles has served as an urban high school principal, university director, and assistant professor. His consulting work includes work with international schools in China and Africa.

Noblesse International School is in its seventh year of operation in Angeles City, Philippines. They offer the IB diploma and will add the American HS Diploma in the fall of 2015.
