What does a One-Year Employers Package include?
- Print ads in all 5 issues of TIE.
- Post unlimitted job vacancies online for the year.
- Year-round access to our online Resume Bank with more than 6,000 resumes and photos.
- A link from your online job posting to your web site.
- Three copies of each of TIEs 5 issues.

What does a Per Issue Ad Package include?
- A print ad, in one (1) of 5 issues of TIE.
- Post an online vacancy that you can edit/update as needed, during that issue period.
- Access to our Resume Bank with 6,000+ resumes and photos, during contracted period.
- A link from your online vacancy to your web site, during contracted period

How do I order an ad package online?
Schools that have advertised before already have a User ID and Password. Don't remember them? Contact schoolads@tieonline.com.
Instructions for schools that have advertised before:- On the TIE home page, under SCHOOLS / EMPLOYERS, select "Purchase Job Ad".
- Next page: click on "Purchase or Renew Job Ad".
- Next page: log in with your User ID and Password.
- Next page: click on the box that indicates the print ad size of your choice. Then, select the issue of your choice or the 5 issue Package.
- Indicate your payment selection or billing arrangements.
- Next few pages: Enter/update your information/descriptions into the appropriate text boxes and continue until you confirm your purchase.
Instructions for First Time Advertisers:
- On the TIE home page, under SCHOOLS / EMPLOYERS, select "Purchase Job Ad".
- Next page: click on "Purchase or Renew Job Ad".
- Under "First Time Advertising with TIE/TIEonline", check the school list to make sure your school hasn't advertised before. If your school isn't there click on "Purchase First Job Ad".
- Next page: click on the box that indicates the print ad size of your choice. Then, select the upcoming issue or the 5 issue Ad Package.
- Next page: A pre-selected User ID will be assigned. Then, enter a Password of your choice. If you forget, please contact schoolads@tieonline.com.
- Indicate your payment selection or arrangements.
- Next few pages: Enter your school's information / descriptions into the appropriate text boxes. Continue until you confirm your purchase. .
To post jobs:- On your Welcome Page, click on View/Edit Job Ad.
- Click on the Add Vacancy button.
- Select a level and a subject. Optional: add a description.
- If the position needs to be filled immediately, check the box "YES". NOTE: Please delete vacancies that have been filled.

How do I edit my online ad and/or update my vacancies?
Click on Edit/View Job Ad, under the Schools/Employers column. Use the edit buttons to change any portion of your ad text or vacancy. Please be sure to remove jobs that have been filled.

Will the text in our online ad and our print ad be exactly the same?
It is unlikely the text would be the same. A large print ad size will accommodate more text than a small one.

How should we send you information we want to appear in our newspaper ad?
If you want TIE staff to design your print ad:
You can send the text along with your contact information in a Word document to schoolads@tieonline.com. Depending on the ad size you select, it may be necessary to edit the text. You will receive a copy of your ad to proof prior to publication - providing your info is submitted before the deadline.
If you want to create/design your own print ad:
1) The ad must be in the exact size you select (e.g. 2" wide x 4" tall, 4.75" x 3", etc.).
2) Send us your ad in PDF format with ALL fonts embedded. Please submit these ads at least 3-5 days before a deadline to ensure the ad fits all requirements.

Can we include our logo in our print ad?
Yes, please send your logo in tiff, eps or jpg format, as an email attachment to schoolads@tieonline.com. Color logos/graphics/photos must be in CMYK, not RGB. Required resolution is 300 dpi. Logos downloaded from a website are only 72 dpi resolution and cannot be used.
