        Every issue of The International Educator newspaper features advertisements (for hundreds of job openings) placed by American and International Schools throughout the world, articles about these schools and international education, personal news briefs and instructions on how best to secure an international teaching position.

        In the past year over 210 schools advertised all of their staff, teaching and administrative vacancies.

        TIE is printed four times per year with a special summer "Jobs Only" issue in June.

        The International Educator's Institute was created to promote and encourage the development of links among the network of American and International schools around the world. Its major activity has been the publication if TIE, a quarterly newspaper, distributed and subscribed to by teachers, administrators, schools and institutions in every corner of the globe. An article, an ad, a photo, or personal news featured in TIE will be read by almost every teacher and administrator working abroad.

        TIE is the only way for teachers and administrators to find out what jobs are available in international schools around the world. Each issue carries ads placed by between 60-140 schools. TIE is the best way for school heads to send their message directly to the established, experienced international educator who seeks a new professional and personal challenge. And there are more than 5,000 individual subscribers in the US, UK, and Canada seeking an international school position through TIE.

        TIE's 50 page newspaper is published four times per academic year, with a "Jobs Only" supplement in the summer to assist heads in filling last minute or new vacancies.
